Today was a very interesting day class management wise. We woke up early after having a very short night of sleep (I want to sleep around 1:30 AM). During my first lesson, with Ann, the students already tested our newly set boundaries. They failed miserably. They noticed that we were not only the nice Belgian students they knew but also armed to the teeth teachers who weren't afraid to use their claws and fangs when talked back to.
Already warmed up by ICT Ann and I joined up with Evi and Lindsay for History. That went pretty well. We split up and worked with the students who needed our help more than others. The teamwork and communication was really nice. We are now working as a fully greased teaching machine.
After the 4 period long teaching palloza I got a headache. That enabled me to do anything. After school we went to Sainsbury's (I'm starting to like this store) and bought another pair of trousers just to make sure I have some that will fit me in the futere.
Molly and Dave were out today, they planned a day in the theatre, and we had Sophie visiting us. She heard that we were having Spanish rice and she decided to join us. After the long evening talking and eating, as we grown accostumed to (which has caused my big due paperwork pile), we started working. I've done a fair amount of work and will continue tomorow in my 2 'available' periods.
The rest of this night will be spend by a shower, reading Twilight and playing a game of jungle speed.
I'll be back!
